We are recruiting an experienced and professional Assistant Manager to work with and assist the General Manager.
The successful candidate needs to be professional, organised, hardworking and have experience in this role working in a high volume establishment.
Have strong leadership qualities and be capable of managing and taking complete control in the General Manager's absence.
Have the ability to work under pressure in this lively bar and restaurant which has a reputation for great food and service.
You must be eligible to work in the UK and speak English fluently.
