What we are looking for:
- Previous Management experience in a high end restaurant
- Hard working and personally driven to succeed in their career
- Enthusiastic about great food and teamwork
- Well presented and confident
-Excellent command of written and spoken English
-A passion for delivering excellent customer service
-Available full time (Day and evening shifts)
-You must hold the right to work full time in the UK
Desirable skills:
-Knowledge of Nikkei cuisine
-Knowledge of other languages and customs
-experience of various levels within hospitality
