We are looking for an experienced, passionate and creative Head Chef to join our small team in our vegetarian café located in central London, to take overall responsibility of the kitchen and to work alongside our sous chef, continuing to help develop a successful food-led business.
Having been open for over 3 years, we have developed a loyal following in the local area and further afield. Our offer is constantly evolving, fresh and hearty vegetarian food with lots of vegan, gluten-free and raw options. Not only are our dishes nutritious, but also innovative, affordable, and widely appealing.
The food offer is predominantly prepared for the display in advance, so experience in this type of food preparation is definitely a positive, but not essential. Our food is central to the business and stands alongside our speciality coffee and tea, fresh organic juices and a small retail offer. We are also working on expanding our catering side of the business, and hope that the successful candidate will be able to help us achieve this.
