Experienced Administrator for Physiotherapy Clinic

We’re looking for an inspirational Administrator with a passion for running the administrative tasks of our dynamic Physiotherapy, Osteopathy and Yoga Company.  You will ensure proper flow of office procedures, and maintain a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to customers in person, online, and via telephone.
The purpose of the role is to deliver high quality, effective administration tasks and to guarantee the smooth running of the daily life of our Physiotherapy Company.  You will be the first point of contact for the clinical staff for any administrative queries.
You will be able to start working by the 21st of May and attend an interview on Monday 7th or Wednesday 9th of May.  You will ideally be located in East London.
You’ll be working within a multidisciplinary team, assisting the Physiotherapy Manager and Clinical Lead Physiotherapist with day-to-day activities and deputising or covering for them as required. Developing your skills and meeting professional requirements are important aspects of this role. We provide in-service training through our supportive environment.
The main administrative duties and responsibilities are to:

Manage emails, telephone calls and guarantee the smooth running of the company administration.
Work closely with the rest of the administration team and the clinical staff to make sure that all administration tasks are met.
Become the point of contact for physiotherapists and osteopaths for all administration tasks.
Represent the company branding and values with clients and associates.

Prior Office Management experience Preferred.
