Experienced Assistant Manager with strong personality required for great Bars in Walthamstow/Leyton border and Hackney Wick (E17/E10/E9) Good attention to detail and the ability to work well with and motivate a small team is essential. Strong cellar and cocktails skills an advantage, but will train the right individual.
