Independent East London Bar Co is looking for friendly individuals of all levels for brand new opening in East Ham.
The newly restored 'Red lion' will open its doors in January/February 2022.
We are looking for Full and Part-time Bar Staff with great personality and energy; Chef(s) with drive and energy used to working with fresh ingredients and a General and  Assistant Manager able to work together and build a strong team.
As General Manager you will have strong front and back of house skills. You will able to converse easily with a wide variety of clientele, work well to a budget, achieve General Practitioner 's and cost effectively.
Strong Service and Cellar skills are required for all Management positions, together with the ability to create a great atmosphere.
Enthusiasm and a genuine passion for the industry essential.
