We're looking for an experienced and reliable Food and Beverage assistant to work in a busy and well established 4* hotel in Central London just outside London's popular Hyde Park.
As a F and B Assistant your role will include welcoming guests, taking orders, service food and beverages, up-selling, assisting with any requests and ensuring that our guests have everything that they need to enjoy their stay.
This person will be responsible for providing a passionate and attentive service to all guests according to our service standards to achieve guest satisfaction.
You will have previous experience within hotels and have an outgoing personality, excellent communication skills as well has a good knowledge of English language.
You will be an ambassador of the hotel and therefore have a true passion for dazzling our guests and exceeding their expectations.
