Experience Manager Job in London

Competent person, good with detail and problem solving with customer service experience required to manage our guests experience and reception in general.
This includes managing online reviews and all aspects of guest satisfaction as well as day to day functions of guest requirements.
Daily messaging of guests through an app and 2 hours in the office - 6 days a week.
£8.5 / £9.50 hour week / weekends
