We are a successful inventory business providing inventories, check in's check-out's and interim inspections on rented residential properties for over 10 years.
We have an opportunity for a self-employed Inventory Clerk covering the London area. We are a warm and friendly team looking to build long term relationships with the chosen applicants.
In the role of Freelance Inventory Clerk you will be required to travel within London to produce inventory reports of residential properties.
To be successful in the role of Freelance Inventory Clerk, you will:
• Be fluent in English
• Be Punctual
• Be well presented
• Have an eye for detail
• Have the ability to work alone
• Have a good sense of direction as you will be required to plan your own routes (public transport).

The chosen candidate must be prepared to travel to various locations within London to suit the clients’ needs, so flexibility within the role is a must.
As an Inventory Clerk, you will be required to work a minimum of 3 days per week (often including weekends).
2 weeks free training is provided to all successful applicants.
Rates based on size of property starting at £35 per booking.
Job Location: London, Greater London
You will need to have your own digital Dictaphone, digital camera and computer with the MS word and adobe software
