Estimator/Quantity Surveyor
Coriander Buildings Ltd. Supplies clients within many construction services from new build to restaurant and residential refurbishments.
We are currently looking for an Estimator/Quantity Surveyor to support us in securing business in London and South East of England.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Estimator/Quantity Surveyor to join an established, successful and exciting design and build company.

Your role will include the following duties:
- Accurately costing tenders
- Work closely with site staff and senior team to ensure on site variations and costs are controlled
- Agreeing monthly valuations with clients representatives
- Negotiation of sub-contract packages and suppliers
- Reporting on cost plans and projects
As the successful Estimator/ Quantity Surveyor you will need the following:
- Comprehensive knowledge of the estimating process with a minimum of 3 years experience
- Previous experience on high end residential and commercial projects
- Good construction knowledge.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Very good communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Methodical and organised.
