The Role: Customer Service Ambassadors Part Time
A face to face customer focused role in a fast paced environment. You will be required to actively engage customers making them feel valued, actively listening to their queries, making Public Announcements, anticipating potentially dangerous and hazardous situations to minimise service delays, finding solutions and assisting the customers to ensure they get on and off the trains quickly and safely.
Salary £11.00 per hour including Holiday pay.
What we need:
Confident, mature, organised, flexible, friendly and helpful people, who genuinely have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. The role requires individuals who can process information quickly, have some knowledge of travelling around London using public transport.
Candidates should reside no more than 30 minutes commute by public transport from the following location
Proximity to: Finsbury Park
Additional Information:
Working days: Monday -Friday
Shifts are between 06:00 to 10:00
Successful candidates will have to pass an written assessment and undergo a strict D and A and DBS check.
