The Role:
The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
As a Customer Service Ambassador you are often likely to be the first – or last – member of our team the customers will meet.
Your day will be varied and you will deal with every kind of customer, commuter, occasional travellers or those with particular needs. You will look out for people who need assistance and offer it before waiting to be asked. You will offer a personal service and perform operational duties by being free to provide assistance, sometimes for extended periods.
You will always put the customer’s interest first and try to resolve any issues you deal with at first contact.

Your experience:
To excel in this role, you will need:
• Face to face customer service experience;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Attention to detail;
• A passion for delivering customer service;
• Think on your feet.

You will work a varied shift pattern, which includes weekends and bank holidays.
Shifts pattern : 05:15 - 14:30 , 14:30 - 23:45 Monday to Saturday.
: 09:00 - 16:30 , 16:30 - 00:00 Sundays
You will be based at london bridge station.
Rate of pay: £11.00 /h inclusive of holiday pay ( 9,82 pay rate + 1,18 holiday pay )
