We require experience carpenters to install various levels of protection to finished works at a prestige development in Central London.
Working as part of a dedicated small team as the project nears completion you will assist our Client ensure a professional hand-over of finishes works.
Various types of protection will be required to extremely high-value finishes including glazing, bronze, stone, timber and furniture, fixtures and fittings. Once installed duties will include taking up protection and re-fixing if works to the area are required and the continued maintenance of the protection.
You will be interacting with Trades, Floor Managers, Cleaners to ensure the finished works are not damaged.
Different types of material will be used for protection and this role calls for a level of finesse.
Ideally the candidate would be a time served carpenter but we are willing to consider other backgrounds if you can demonstrate an experience in this field.
Candidates must hold a valid CSCS card.
