Now looking to expand our office, we are offering a Lettings Negotiator position to a person who can really seize the opportunity of growing.
As a key part of the lettings team, the ideal candidate for this role will be very proactive and will have the ability to build an extensive landlord database.
You will be able to take a part in building company portfolio and dealing with our clients on all levels.
The successful applicant will have the following skills and attributes:
- Drive, determination and a proactive attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team.
- A proven ability in meeting and exceeding targets
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Professionally presented and well organized.
- A good working knowledge of Ms Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Excellent workload management
- Full clean driving licence
