Place: Wimbledon, London

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Existing Business Manager to join our established, growing business within London's vibrant hospitality industry. We offer a competitive basic salary of £24k + Travel expenses.
Klaremont is a leading supplier of food service products to London's bars, restaurants, clubs, hotels and more, providing thousands of products from Barware, Drinkware through to Hygiene and Tabletop items. This is an exciting industry to be involved in, and we are now looking to take our strong position in the market to a new level by expanding our team.
The Account Manager role is 60% field based, so much of your time will be split between the office in Wimbledon and visiting existing customers, managing the accounts, promoting new products, whilst forging strong business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of potential growth across product categories.
• Collaborate with the internal operations team to ensure customer orders are processed and followed through
• Escalating any account issues to management where necessary
We believe in long term relationships and making sure that everyone who works for Klaremont has the best training available and can contribute to the long term growth of the company, whilst also gaining skills and abilities which will benefit them in the future.
This could be an exciting opportunity for the right person. Ideally you will have either some sales, or industry experience, but the main thing we are looking for is personality and work ethic - we will train and support you, if you're prepared to put in the effort. You will need to be creative, intelligent, and most of all be able to organise yourself as you will be visiting a large number of venues who use a broad spectrum of products.
If you think you have what it takes, send your CV immediately, along with a covering letter stating why you think you will succeed in this role, and what it is about this role that appeals to you.
