You will be required to provide professional and personal, proactive and comprehensive support for the managing partner of our business.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Making bookings and reservations
Planning itinerary and diary management
Basic admin work
Running personal errands, driving family to and from school and occasional long distance trips to the country side
Managing all home-related issues (billing, repairs, cars, insurance) for two homes
Updating software and syncing devices - Apple software
Healthcare, legal and banking
Flights and travel
Essential Personal Traits:
Exceptional Organisation skills with an ability to prioritise workload
Understanding the sensitive nature of working closely to assist the Managing partner in his business and personal affairs
Strong communication skills and ability to write emails
Ability to multitask
Strong work ethic and ability to take proactive ownership of assigned duties
Attention to detail across all tasks
Inquisitive nature
experience:
Previous experience as a PA is essential
experience working with families is desired
UK Valid Driving Licence is essential
A second language is advantageous
The role will be part time position requiring you to be in the office from Monday - Friday from 9 am to 1 pm with possible progression to full time. It is expected that you are flexible and available as and when necessary. You should be able to work 1 weekend a month and if requested and 1 week abroad a year accompanying family on holiday. Advance notice will be given in such circumstances.
