EXECUTIVE HEAD HOUSEKEEPER - LUXURY LIFESTYLE HOTEL LONDONSalary: up to GBP50000Type: Luxury - Lifestyle / Boutique hotel - 200 + bedrooms You will be in charge of managing a dynamic team of Floor Managers, Supervisors and Room Attendants in one of London newest Lifestyle Hotel. Coming from a luxury background, you will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of service throughout the hotel to ensure guests always have a 5* Standard. MAIN SCOPE* Plans and coordinates the activities of all housekeeping, supervisors and their teams.* Coordinates inspection or inspects assigned areas to ensure standards are met, including spot checks and random checks.* Coaching and managing your team to ensure high performance and positive working environment at all time* Proactive in the maintaining of strong and cohesive team including: hiring, training scheduling and evaluating performance; etc* Financial responsibilities over the division including: budgeting, cost control, stock takes, payroll management, etc. SKILLS REQUIREMENTS* Previous experience as a Head Housekeeper/ Executive Housekeeper in a Luxury Hotel (min 200 bedrooms)* Strong people management* Superb attention to details and understanding of a luxury brand* Excellent customer service skills for guest interaction* Exceptional organisation skills* Ability to work as part of a team to ensure a productive environment* Strong leadership and motivational skills which are capable of nurturing, developing and inspiring staff* The ability to work well under pressure and in a busy environment* Approachable, friendly and understanding of the daily needs of a busy housekeeping team* Ability to multitask* Refurbishment and project management experience is an advantage Interested in this great challenge?
