We're looking for a charismatic executive chef to run the kitchens of an independent burger restaurant. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic chef with good level of skills and appetite to learn new skills and techniques. The candidate must have excellent attention to health and hygiene, be presentable, friendly and able to work as one of the key players in the team. You'll be expected to cover all aspects of running the back of house of 3 restaurants as well as setting up and opening new sites and working on new dishes.
This is a full time role with a minimum of 45 hours required over 5 days.
The role is for an independent burger restaurant that only uses the best ingredients and has won various awards and gets lots of press.
