Executive Chef for Exciting New Chinese Restaurant. Salary up to £50,000 per annum

The Crazy Bear Group is a privately owned and passionately run business with acclaimed hotels in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire, and a multi-award-winning restaurant/bar in London.
We are recruiting an Executive Chef at The Crazy Bear Group to reopen our Covent Garden restaurant as a Cantonese restaurant and develop it to one of London's Top Chinese restaurants within 12 months of opening.
As an Executive Chef, it is important that you match the reputation of our established business for being passionate about our exceptional authentic Asian cuisine, coupled with our outstanding level of service. We are a high end fine dining restaurants and hotels renowned for the quality and standard of our Asian cuisine.
We are looking for a passionate leader, who loves to cook and create Cantonese inspired dishes whilst ensuring that the kitchen team is legally compliant, meet with our standards of hygiene and cleanliness well organised, able to deliver high standards of quality and helping to manage our costs and controls. Working alongside the General Manager to deliver your KPIs.
You will have five or more year’s relevant experience in a similar position of at least equivalent status to the Head Chef position.
You will have excellent all round catering skills, and an NVQ level 3 qualification and a CIEH level 3 food hygiene.
The hours of work are 39 hour per week, 5 over 7 days between 10am - 12am.
Salary from £29,570 per year plus bonus related growth in sales and base profit targets.
Live in accommodation can be made available for the successful applicant.
This is a full time position including weekend and evening shifts.
