Executive chef - Gastro pub group - London and the south What an opportunity this is and one not to be missed!This great group are operating a number of sites in and around London and are looking for a strong Executive Chef to join them to oversee their multiple Gastropubs which each run their own menus.The business has more than 7 sites at the moment and is growing all the time, they offer great food, using fresh produce from their estate with each site slightly different to the next but with one thing in common - QUALITY FRESH FOOD!As the executive chef, you will need to have a creative mind as well as strategic, you will be hands-on, this is not an office job, and love being in the kitchen with the guys - leading by example when you need to.You will be responsible for compiling each site's menu and will work very closely with each head chef to ensure the site is tailored to the local market.You will need to have extensive experience with menu development, multi-site management (ideally 8 or more sites) and have a real passion for British, seasonal produce and love developing your teams.On offer is an excellent salary starting from GBP50,000 ++++ with the overall package being tailored to the successful individual's skill set and needs This role will be predominantly based out of London but with travel involved across the south of England.
