Awaiting Eyes Foundation is a U.K registered charity (No: 1117222) that helps orphan children overseas by providing them with basic necessities.
We are looking for enthusiastic EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT, Volunteer
The job will consist of:
• Meeting clients to discuss research projects
• Coming up with a plan or proposal and presenting it to the client
• Managing a budget
• Designing questionnaires and organizing surveys
• Briefing interviewers and researchers
• Monitoring progress of surveys
• Analyzing data and presenting results to the client
• Advising the client how they can best use the research
• MANDATORY FUNDRAISING AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK
OFFICE TIME: 9AM TO 5PM, MONDAY TO FRIDAY.
NO PREVIOUS experience IS REQUIRED AS FULL TRAINING WOULD BE PROVIDED.
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A VOLUNTARY UNPAID ROLE.
INITIAL COMMITMENT OF 3 DAYS A WEEK FOR THE FIRST 2 MONTHS, THERE AFTER - 2 DAYS A WEEK (FLEXIBLE).
In return, volunteers often gain experience of an office environment, and learn new skills or develop existing ones.
