Job Overview
As Course Floor Supervisor, we are looking for a passionate individual who can confidently deliver exceptional service to our guests. At the same time, you will have the service, food and drink knowledge in order to lead the ‘Crazy Golf Caddy’ team and help lead and support the ‘Crazy Golf Caddy’ team in delivering an outstanding experience to our guests.
You will have a real pride and passion for what you do, with the ability to build a positive environment with guests and fellow colleagues. You will work closely with the management team to maximize service delivery opportunities and in turn, ensure the continued success of Swingers Crazy Golf.
The ideal candidate will have a big personality and really enjoy working in a lively, fast paced environment.
Responsibilities and Duties

Supervision, support and direction of all course/Caddy team member.
Ensure consistent presentation and quality of guest experience through the course/Caddy team.
Monitor and control maintenance of course and equipment.
Ensure course cleanliness in accordance to health and safety regulations and Swingers standards.
Encourage team work and communication with all members of staff.
To set the standard with the team/company and maintain it.
Oversee and help with the companies Opening and closing procedures.
To ensure that the Duty Manager is made aware of any discrepancies of any payment from Caddy team.
To cash off all Caddy team floats by the end of the shift and to make the Duty Manager aware if there any bills open.
To be on the floor, on time, at all times stated on the Rota and to be in full uniform whilst on duty.
Assist the Caddy/Course Manager in training and developing all staff.
Assist the Caddy/Course Manager with monthly/weekly Caddy duties, including maintaining course standard, stock levels of course equipment and the continued staff training/development.

Qualifications
For a supervisor role you will need to have and show previous experience in the following fields.

experience as a Cocktail Server / Host / Bartender in a supervisor role within a busy hospitality environments.
A fun, infectious and outgoing personality with a genuine passion for customer service.
Outstanding attention to detail, encouraging a culture of high standards throughout the team.
Ability to deliver a warm and charming supervisory style which will engage our guests and staff.
Develop a motivated and high performing team committed to delivering clear goals and service standard.
Clear passion about creating a positive customer experience.
Exceptional people and communication skills.
