WE are a busy backpackers hostel based in London and looking for a team member to join our diverse and multicultural group.

Salary starts at £7.83 with the chance to be raised after training is completed.

Requirements for the role:

_Fluent spoken/written English;
- Other language a bonus;
- Availability 7 days per week (schedule is Rota based and some night shifts)
-Proactive with routine tasks;
-Calm under pressure;
-Ability to cope with possible challenging situations;
-Confident when talking to new people both face to face and on the phone;
-Hard working;
-Legal to work in theUK;
-experience in bar work is a bonus;
-Cocktail experience is a bonus;
-Past experience in the hostel/backpackers is plus but training is provided:

Duties to include but not limited to:
Security of the building
Checking guests in/out
Replying to booking enquiries by e-mail and telephone.
Administration
Bar work
Making cocktails
Managing Cleanliness at all times
Managing Housekeeping and cleaning staff
Inventories
Cleaning common areas/ toilets
Breakfast set up

Some nights will be required to cover annual leave.
