Exciting Shift Manager position available at a busy backpackers hostel in kingscross and looking for a team member to join our Fun and diverse team with relevant experience in the hospitality sector.

Requirements for the role -
- Fluent written/spoken English
- Other languages are a bonus
- Availability to work over 7 days (Rota based)
- Proactive with routine tasks
- Stress resistent and independent
- IT support
- Able to lead by example
- Good customer service
- Lives in London
- Can commute easily

Duties to include but not limited to -

-Checking guests in/out
-Replying to email and taking bookings by phone.
- Administration
- Managing cleaning and housekeeping staff.
- Building checks and filling in maintenance forms.
- Some night shifts
- Replying to reviews
- Cleaning
