The role of the Restaurant Manager is to lead the team in terms of service standards and set up; however we are looking for a particular focus on our wines and the ability to sell at the table. This is a “roll up your sleeves” kind-of-role and gets into all aspects of the business from great customer relations to being able to deal with and answer emails and reservations within the day to day operation. They must bring an energetic and positive approach to inspire our team to deliver excellent customer service.
