Frith Hanson is looking for an exceptional Internal Recruitment Manager to add to our expanding team. Frith Hanson leads its field for professionalism and quality and is based in Central London. Duties include:
- Advertising for internal hires
- Meeting and interviewing internal hires with set KPIS
- Reference verification for internal hires
- Assisting with promotions
- Assisting with probationary reviews
- Employee records
- Approving and managing all employee absence requests
- compliance for new hires
- Contract management
- Training new recruits on company procedure and policy
Required experience and skills:
At least 2 years of recruitment experience is essential
Knowledge and experience with travel documents, visas, licenses and compliance checks
Proven ability to work successfully under pressure
Strong communicational skills
Target driven
This Internal Recruitment Manager position is Monday to Friday in Central London. You will have the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the most experienced consultants in the industry. Career progression is fast and rewarding for ambitious individuals.
An excellent level of written and spoken English is required and other spoken languages are a bonus.
