We are looking for a person with a dynamic, positive, unstoppable, winning attitude.
THE ROLE:
A seasoned Operational / Event / Recruitment administrator, working June to September, who will be responsible for supporting the operational team and recruiting and selecting candidates.
You’ll be experienced in your field – operationally savvy and sourcing talent.
You will be fulfilling the operational and staffing necessities for our two divisions:
CREW - Riggers, Crew Chiefs, Marquee builders, Exhibition stand builders
EVENTS – Stewards, cleaners, waiting staff, SIA’s and registration staff
experience:
A minimum of 1 years recruiting experience with demonstrated successes.
Knowledge and experience with visas and background check processes, plus operational administration.
Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Power Point, Word and Excel.
Ability to schedule and keep very organised. Work well under pressure and thrive in a busy challenging environment.
