An exciting opportunity for an intermediate therapist to join our established team of 95 at our large hair and beauty salon based in the heart of Chelsae, SW3.
The role would suit a more junior therapist who is looking to develop their skills within a working salon environment, learn from and support our seasoned, established beauty professionals and start to build and nurture a strong client base.
A therapy room would be available two full days per week, from 4pm every other day and during colleagues holiday periods. The remaining time would be spent growing our already busy manicure and pedicure services which include; IBX nail treatments, Gelish, Bio-Gel applications and Essie long lasting manicures.
The position will be a full-time, days off being Sundays and another appointed day midweek.
Working hours may vary depending on client demand 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm.
You must be qualified to NVQ level 1 and 2 or equivalent and be registered as a therapist within Kensington and Chelsea if your application is successful.
Duties would include all aspects of manicure, pedicure and beauty work; facials, waxing, massage, eye grooming services and other ad-hoc duties.
You must;

Be prepared to deal with a demanding clientele who are used to a high quality of service.

Be pro-active in and around the salon in promoting services.
Demonstrate a high standard of customer service all times.
Have a good command of the English language.
Be pro-active at keeping all areas of the spa area clean, tidy and client ready.
