We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef who is calm and works well under pressure. As Sous Chef you will assist in seeing the smooth day to day running of the kitchen.
We’re looking for someone who has excellent skills as a Sous Chef and passionate for fresh high quality food, vegan and vegetarian dishes, and a good head for business and experience in helping to set and achieve General Practitioner percentages and wage targets.
You’ll need to have the ability to efficiently manage the kitchen in the head chef’s absence and so your kitchen management and organisational skills will be of paramount importance. Creating a happy working atmosphere is vital to the successful running of the business.
We offer great working environment, staff meals, uniforms and competitive pay rate.
This will be a vital role and is an excellent stepping stone on the road to managing your own kitchen.
All food freshly prepared on site with menu’s changing daily. We also have a strong Vegan and vegetarian client base which must be catered for at a high standard with imaginative ideas and dishes for lunch and evening menus, including a vegan Sunday roast.
Ability to work on your own must be able to work under pressure with speed and efficiency.
Fluent English must be a priority written and spoken.
Position available immediately.
