We are a new restaurant based right in the heart of Shoreditch. We cook delicious Mediterranean style tapas plates and flame grilled meats. We also serve amazing cocktails, coffees and wines. Our restaurant is called Rascals, and we are very different to normal restaurants!
This is our second venue (we have an amazing bar also in Shoreditch) and we’re looking to extend our fun environment, values and work ethic across to our new business. We have a wonderful team and we are looking to add more superstars to our happy workplace. We all work hard together whilst having fun to get the job done!
To suit this role, you will have:
• Charisma, charm, passion and a bubbly personality
• Some restaurant/hospitality experience (preferred but not completely essential)
• A positive, team player attitude
• High/fluent level of English (essential)
• A passion for great food and drink
Your main responsibility is to ensure that our customers are having a great time. You will be serving tables, taking food orders, delivering drinks and being happy and charming.
You will be working closely with the kitchen and bar teams to the kitchen, working with these departments to create an efficient environment.
We will train you (and you will taste!) on all of our food and drinks so you can confidently sell them to the customers.
Rates of pay are competitive and dependent upon your experience. Tips, service charge, staff meals, discounts at our sites, ongoing training and insane staff parties are added bonuses for being a member of our team.
