Exciting New Restaurant Concept Seeks Chefs of All Levels and Kitchen Porters

We are a new restaurant based right in the heart of Shoreditch. We cook delicious Mediterranean style tapas plates and flame grilled meats. We also serve amazing cocktails, coffees and wines.
We are looking to recruit Sous Chef, Jr. Sous Chef, CDP, Commis and Kitchen Porters.
Our current team is combined from chefs who have worked in venues such as Petrus, Goodman Steak, Gaucho, Andina, Tom's Kitchen, Soho House, Oblix, Riding House Cafe, Ametsa and many more.
This restaurant is our second venue with our first being a bar that has generated worldwide acclaim with over 100 million online views. We are looking to gain just as much publicity with this business so this could be a great opportunity for you to build your profile.
We're looking for enthusiastic, organised, efficient, self-motivated and passionate individuals who are able to work well under pressure and mostly importantly enjoy it!
To suit this role, you will have:
• Charisma, charm, passion and a bubbly personality
• Some restaurant experience (preferred but not completely essential)
• A positive, team player attitude
• High/fluent level of English (essential)
• A passion for great food and drink

Rates of pay are competitive and dependent upon your experience. Overtime hours are paid. Tips, service charge, staff meals, discounts at our sites, ongoing training and insane staff parties are added bonuses for being a member of our team.
