An exciting opportunity has become available for an Assistant Manager position at The Garden Shed in Wimbledon.
The Garden Shed is a much loved pub that is frequented by many for live sport and music, great pub food, friendly atmosphere and of course - the garden!
Our much loved Assistant Manager is leaving the UK and her position is now available with the opportunity to live-in.
Applicants must have industry experience in managerial roles, be well presented and have excellent communication skills.
Job roles include but are not limited to:
- Recruiting, training and retaining staff
- Financial reconciliation and end of week reporting
- Weekly correspondence with Operations Manager and Company Director
- Maintaining high levels of service and cleanliness through the venue
- Monitoring and adhering to all health and safety and Human Resources due diligence
- Stock control and purchasing
- Organising and managing live music and events
- Social media marketing and marketing strategy development
- Assisting in any redevelopment and costing of menus
