Exceptional Head Pastry Chef. New Opening
We have an immediate vacancy for an exceptional Head Pastry Chef for a flagship new opening in Central London. This 50-cover contemporary fine dining restaurant is currently in the final stages of a complete refurbishment that includes a £500,000 state of the art open theatre kitchen.
As Head Pastry Chef you will be expected to manage the pastry section on a daily basis producing exceptional desserts for the A La Carte menu, Petit fours, pastries and fresh bread etc reporting directly to the Head Chef and CEO.
The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled professional pastry chef with a strong repertoire of dishes, up to date with current industry trends and modern cooking techniques. You will have several years’ experience in a similar role cooking to 1 Michelin star standard minimum with a strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated professional pastry chef at the top of their game, capable of attaining and maintaining 1 and 2 Michelin stars as the restaurant grows in stature with the flair and creativity to push the boundaries of the London restaurant scene.
