We currently have an opportunity for Food and Beverage Assistant to help contribute to the success of Peyton and Byrne.
The role is to be working within a fast moving and high volume environment. The Food and Beverage Assistant must be Peyton and Byrne ambassador that is able to meet and exceed guest’s needs and expectations quickly and efficiently whilst maintaining the highest quality of guest service, hospitality and engagement. The Food and Beverage Assistant must have a passion and enthusiasm for the preparation and service of quality drinks and food. The food and Beverage Assistant must be able to grow and maintain strong relationships within their team to ensure clear communication and a culture of helping one another is maintained.
Key responsibilities:
*to provide service of food and drinks with smile, to greet the guests in a friendly manner, assist them with selection of food and drinks, assist with carrying and delivering the food and drinks
*to clean and clear away plates, cutlery, napkins from tables with skill and style, engaging in polite and friendly manner with guests
*to ensure the health and safety policy and Food Safety Management System are adhered, protect self, colleagues and guest
*to be team player all the times and to be flexible in order to ensure that all operations are always as guest- focused, efficient and profitable as possible
*to take responsibility for your own career path and continuous self-improvement
The hourly pay rate £7.50
