Picture Restaurants have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a full-time Sous Chef.
Our neighbourhood restaurants in Fitzrovia and Marylebone serve modern-European food in a relaxed environment and have received much critical acclaim.
As Sous Chef you will:
* Assist the Head Chef with the general running of the kitchen.
* Oversee food preparation
* Help and be responsible for stock rotation.
* Ensure high standards of personal and food hygiene are met within the team.
* Work closely with the head chef in developing the menu.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for excellent food and a desire to learn and improve.  We require at least one year’s previous experience within a similar role.
