We are looking for a passionate individual to take on the role as Purchase Ledger Supervisor working in our Central Support office in Putney. This is a permanent role and you will be supporting the restaurants, departments and suppliers and ensuring Nando’s is compliant with all necessary HMRC and Audit policies and procedures.
It’s a diverse opportunity and you will be involved in a variety of daily tasks, mainly around our key suppliers and the EDI invoices that are received, including posting invoices and journals in Coda, reconciling supplier accounts, completing month end processes and assisting in ensuring that all Purchase Ledger functions operate smoothly.
The successful candidate will need to be comfortable with working as part of a team, communicating effectively and working to tight deadlines. Service delivery to suppliers and restaurants will be a key focus.

• Process engineering including demonstration of this from past roles
• Two years Purchase Ledger experience
• Team supervisory experience
• Excel (Intermediary Skills)
• Enjoys being part of a team and wants to contribute within the team i.e. Great team player
• Accuracy and strong attention to detail
• Excellent communicator both verbally and written, with the ability to liaise in a courteous and friendly manner
• Has a passion and can do attitude to deliver a great job
• Ability to work in a fast changing environment
• Flexible and adaptable
