Renard Resources are the leading provider of high quality temporary event waiting staff to the most outstanding events across London and we have exciting opportunities for articulate and dedicated Events Staff in Central London’s luxurious five star hotel private events (Weddings, parties, high-end product launches, red carpet, fashion, Gala and Award dinners, conferences, cocktail events, etc)
We have various positions available for enthusiastic, out-going and experienced candidates such as:
• Food and Wine Waiters;
• Hosts/Hostesses
• Restaurant Receptionists;
• Cloakroom Attendants;
• Flair and Cocktail Bartenders;
Skills and experience:
As a Casual Events Staff you will be very well presented, with excellent communication skills, drive to exceed client and customer service and bags of enthusiasm.
Benefits:
• Flexible hours – choose your shifts one week in advance;
• Regular work – lots of hours available for the right candidates;
• Long shifts available – min 4 h, can extend per client requirement;
• Morning, daytime, evening and night shifts available upon your preference and availability;
• Full training – training shifts for candidates with less experience in the hospitality and catering industry;
• experience different venues and most prestige events in the whole world;
• Convenient client location – Central Zone 1;
• Cross-training in various hospitality staff roles;
• Fun and exciting working atmosphere;
• Weekly pay - £7.50 - £10 per hour depending on your role.
Candidate criteria:
• Experienced in high-end (4/5* hotel/ contract catering/ fine dining restaurant/ banqueting) hospitality industry;
• Flexible – shifts will involve working until the end of the event, so finish times may be late;
• Well-groomed and immaculate presentation – the presentation standards are very high for our 5* clients – no facial hair or visible tattoos unfortunately;
• Specific uniform is required – this will be shown during your registration;
• Fluent English – you will be in close contact with guests and must be able to interact confidently;
• Work hands on and be extremely flexible;
• Bubbly and approachable personality;
• Be standards driven and possess an exceptional eye for detail;
• experience – previous experience is an advantage but not essential as training is provided.
