An opportunity has arisen where we are looking for temporary event executives for the coordination of our upcoming events this summer. We are travelling to 8 countries in Europe which includes Spain, France, Monaco, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Germany and Switzerland. You must be available to help from end May through to 15th September 2022 on 1 or 2 day basis. For travel the dates will be provided upon appointment. Your work would be 75% in office and 25% on travel/event locations.

What we are looking for:
• Temporary events assistant, or personal assistant with events or travel booking experience (preferably, not compulsory)
• Problem solving personality.
• You are organised, can stick to schedules and manage your time effectively.
• Good communication skills and personable manner.
• Fluent in English language (Native).
• Must be able to perform under pressure during events.
• Must be able to travel to Europe for the contract (to 8 countries listed above)
• Holder of a current driver’s licence preferable.
The right candidates will be available for the upcoming event we are hosting in London :
1) 29 May - Evening event London
2) 6-11 July - Spain trip
3)1- 9 September European tour across 7 countries.
We will have two support teams (2 people in each team) each driving their own support vehicle which will also carry luggage. One person on each team will be a confident driver, to travel ahead of the group to the event's evening hotels. Over 8 nights the guests will be staying in 5-6 different hotels.
You will work with the team and be a part of the briefing and preparation in London. You will also work along with the director/s in booking meetings, handling enquires and supporting charitable initiatives.
Remuneration:
• £75/Day (£825 for the contract over 12 days) - September event.
• We will arrange your car, co-pilot, twin-share accommodation, breakfast included and meal reimbursement up to €20 / day.
