As summer is upon us and things are heating up, we (a top London events crewing agency) are looking for more people to join our team and to work with us on a variety of events throughout the summer and beyond.

As a fair amount of our work is in corporate events we are looking for individuals who are:

Presentable
Punctual
Reliable
Hard working
Can work as part of a team or by themselves.
Have a good command of English

We are ideally looking for crew who have a minimum 1 year or more of previous crewing experience working within the events industry.
If you feel you have the experience and ability to manage a crew on site as a Crew Chief we would love to hear from you too.
We would also love to hear from people who hold a full UK/EU drivers license and are able to drive vehicles up to a LWB van or Luton van. Both crew drivers and crew chiefs earn £2p/h above their standard hourly rate.

Due to the nature of the industry this is a 24/7 position meaning that there may be some late night or weekend shifts from time to time and we are looking for people who can accommodate this.

As this is the exciting and ever changing events industry the job description can vary quite considerably from day today. However, some of the activities you are likely to partake in are:

Loading and offloading trucks and vehicles and moving equipment in and out of venues.
Moving and arranging furniture within venues.
Rigging and de- rigging Audio-visual related kit such as plasma screens, sound and lighting equipment.
Building stages
Draping
Providing general assistance to the production teams on site.

Rates of pay are from standard crew are £10.00 - £12.00 depending on experience with the potential to earn up to £14.00 p/h or more for van drivers, crew chiefs and skilled crew (Sound, lighting, Audio-visual techs, van and 7.5t drivers Telehandler operators etc.)
We have a good client base providing us with quite a diversity of jobs from sound, lighting and Audio-visual set ups to throwing private  parties for the rich and famous. The job is predominantly London based but from time to time we also get jobs either outside of London or even sometimes abroad in Europe which are always fun and exciting.
