In advance of a busy Christmas, a great opportunity has become available to join us as an Events Coordinator at our Support Office in Holborn, which is easily reached by the Northern, Central and Piccadilly lines as well as multiple bus routes.
As an Events Coordinator you'll be a vital part of the sales team, helping to ensure that every guest gets an amazing experience. That means you'll audit and assign groups on our reservations system, updating booking details on our database, create function sheets in adavnce for venues and respond to new enquiries for large main hall bookings. Alongside that of course we'll train you up to become an Events Manager and give you the opportunity for progression as we continue to expand.
About you:
- Well organised, good at time management and thrives under pressure.
- experience using bookings systems
- Excellent telephone manner
- Friendly and attentive in your approach.
- Eager and willing to learn
