Breddos Tacos is focused on Modern Mexican food, using the best British produce we can get our hands on. The food at Breddos is ambitious, challenging and big on flavour - we pride ourselves on using ingredients from around the world to create interesting and unique menus that change daily and with the seasons.

Whilst our space is small, energetic and busy our taqueria has garnered some great reviews in the press. We cook over a custom built wood and grind corn daily to make what we think are the best tortillas in London. Our ambition is to create a platform for chefs to learn, develop and ultimately input their own ideas into the menu.

We are currently recruiting for a number of Chefs to join our Events team in a beautifully designed, busy market environment in one of the most exciting locations in Hammersmith.

In your role you will.

Run a section in our Events kitchen.
Learn the fundamentals of Mexican cuisine.
Be responsible for training commis and ensuring high standards of food hygiene.
Manage orders and deliveries.
Monitoring waste.

You have experience in a fast moving dynamic environment.
You value learning and development and are looking to join a hard working team, aiming to making the best modern Mexican food out there.
You are fascinated by food and are constantly trying to better what has existed before.
You want to work with the best produce from the best suppliers, creating the best product that you can.

You’re not precious. You Muck in. You appreciate some ideas work and some don’t but are not afraid to try new things.
