We have an opportunity for an experienced Events and Sales Coordinator to join our team based in Mayfair, London on a full time permanent basis.
Park Chinois represents the ultimate Chinese fine dining and entertainment restaurant. About the role
As our Events and Sales Coordinator you will create and implement a business to business strategy to deliver new business revenues, develop new revenue streams from new verticals and develop further business within known segments.
Responsibilities as our Events and Sales Coordinator include:
- Implement and outbound sales strategy to enhance bookings in PDR’s, event bookings, exclusive hires, lunch covers, covers for special events and dinning covers.
- Deliver against agreed targets to ensure revenue expectations are met.
- Maximize networking opportunities and regularly use events, conference and trade shows to increase awareness and develop a further network of contacts.
- Understand and keep up-to-date with constant developments in the luxury, fine dining industry and market trends.
- Identify new sales opportunities as a result of market changes.
- Work with the Marketing Team and Reservations to device marketing materials and tools to support new business projects.
- Work closely with the Design team to issue targeted communications to selected database and market segments based on offers.
- Negotiate the sales contracts with customers, ensuring the offer meets guests’ budget and experience, and operational profitability expectations.
- Form strategic partnerships with other companies to leverage their existing networks.
- Generate leads efficiently keeping in regular contact with existing prospects.
New Business Development:
- Monitor external and internal environment for development of new market segments.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key players to drive new business and bookings.
- Develop a targeted long-term new business strategy to also encompass UK and international business partnerships.
- Assist in planning of any event that highlights corporate services and partnerships.
- Assist in developing an evaluation process to gain feedback from constituents.
- Perform public speaking at event relating to public relations, marketing and development.

- Able to work in a fast environment, calm under pressure.
- Exceptional telephone skills
- Ability to work full time and flexible with working hours.
