Events and Media Co-coordinator

Our Client a Membership Association is looking for an experienced Media professional to take responsibility for all marketing material and events. Using previous marketing knowledge to ensure all external communications reach the target audience. Key duties include:
• Event management
• Writing and publishing (in-Design) external material to include newsletters and website material.
• Monitoring and updating social media.
• Designing and distributing publicity material, posters, handouts, flyers etc.
• Maintaining database and distribution lists.
You will have held a similar role previously and be confident working to deadlines and with a predefined budgets. Previous experience of InDesign is essential to design promotional material alongside administering medium- large events
