Role: We are looking for a passionate waiter to join the Events and In Room Dining department, who can confidently deliver exceptional, 5 star service to guests. At the same time, our Waiter/ess will provide a seamless experience throughout the full guest journey, both in meetings and F and B, by providing a highly efficient and effective service. The ideal candidate will ensure standards are maintained both back of house and front of house and customer needs are anticipated in accordance with the hotel’s values and standards.

•Someone who can create a memorable experience the guest will never forget.
•Outstanding attention to detail.
•Ability to deliver warmth, charm and hospitality in every aspect of the role
•Real pride and passion for what you do.
•Ability to work weekends and evenings.
•Previous experience of working as a Waiter/ess in a similar environment.
Overall you will have bags of personality, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.
