We are expanding our business by taking over pop up kitchens throughout London. We are based at The Queens Head in Piccadilly Circus. Our brand revolves mainly around a traditional British pub menu. Our speciality is homemade Piccadilly Pies. All our food is prepared fresh in our kitchens from scratch.
It is a great opportunity for someone with sous chef or Senior Chef de Partie experience who is looking to Broaden their skills in catering.
The main responsibilities would be running shifts and setting up our pop up kitchens. The right candidate would be working closely with our kitchen team in Piccadilly Circus and making sure our food is being prepared, stored and served to our specifications.
Our next projects would be in Islington and Hackney areas. This project suits an ambitious and flexible chef who enjoys new challenges.
Starting wage 10p/h with a strong development package including wage increase as the chef takes on more responsibilities.
