Event Organiser Role
Starting Salary - £21k a year + Bonuses
Company Overview
T.T. Liquor is an established company with an ever-expanding repertoire of bespoke events. Namely drink experiences (cocktail masterclasses and spirit tastings) to mobile bar hires, pop up dining and brand experiences.
You would be based at our studio/office in Shoreditch which boasts over 3 floors of event space and includes a Liquor Store and cellar cocktail bar, inner workings of which you would be introduced to along the way.
Role Description
As part of the Events team within the company, you are responsible for achieving revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
• Your main responsibility will be the client journey. From initial enquiry > correspondence > invoicing > ensuring smooth running of the event and feedback.
We hold the client journey very highly on our list of focal points as an event organiser with a knowledge and understanding of operations and the need for clear, constant communication between staff, clients and colleagues, imperative.
• Need to have a personable and confident phone manner, as this will often be your point of contact for all clients.
The right candidate
T.T. Liquor are looking for someone friendly and motivated, who takes pride in executing their client journey and operations to a very high level. Accuracy and a great attention to detail goes without saying.

Whilst ideally, we are looking for someone with event planning experience this is not by any means essential. We have the ability to train someone with the right attributes!
