Day Party Event Manager
Xclusivetouch are recruiting for a new Event manager to work from our central London office. This position is ideal for someone with event management experience and an interest in parties and day events. Fluent spoken and written English is essential. A minimum 3 month commitment is required. This is an incredible opportunity to make your stamp on the London and worldwide nightlife industry. Xclusivetouch are in the business of providing FUN so a passion to create something unique is what we want. We have the graphic designers, videographers, links with venues, and marketing budgets to make any event a reality. There is no limit to what you can create with indoor and outdoor festivals, concerts, street parties, charity events and more within our resume.
The Role:
The successful candidate will immediately begin by managing our Bunch brands. Creating concepts, overseeing content creation, managing logistics such as ticket listings and discount codes, replying to customers and conversing with venue owners. Once established that you can handle our current events you will be able to create and work on new projects.
Candidates must be outgoing, social and enjoy parties and brunch events. A very good eye to detail is required as well as the ability to create captivating content and promotions. You must have experience using social media advertising. Candidates applying will have to clearly outline when they have demonstrated these skills.
Remuneration: salary £20,000 - £22,000.00 + bonus scheme. Ote £27,500
Hours: Minimum 3 month commitment 5 days / 40 + Hours P/W 1-4 Events nights per Month Management to be notified of any absence in advance, and time missed to be made up.
