We are a busy café/bar/ nightclub situated in East London, currently looking for a new evening shift manager.
The perfect candidate will have previous relevant experience in a busy bar/club, entirely trustworthy, able to work without supervision and possess a strong sense of customer service. You will be expected to lead from the front, prepare the venue for different types of events, whilst ensuring that the bar is correctly stocked and cleaned. To be proactive in creating new initiatives and help drive revenue through up selling.
This is a full time role, working an average of 40 hours per week. This role is entitled to 28 days’ leave (pro rata) including bank holidays.
Required:
-Good working knowledge of tills and credit card machines.
-Ability to manage members of staff in different areas of the venue.
-Good understanding of the nightlife scene.
-Leadership skills and a passion for training and developing the team of bartenders.
-Good people skills
Minimum 2 references required and you will be required to work weekend shifts. If you feel you have the experience and drive get in touch!
