the premier short let accommodation provider in London, is looking to recruit a guest relationship to join the team at our office in heart of Bethnal Green.
We are looking for someone experienced within real estate or hotel job however
training is provided.
Driving licence not essential but would be a big +,
Shift are
Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Monday 16.00/17.00-00.00/01.00
Sunday shift is 13.00-23.00
day off are Tuesday, Wednesday
£ 8 per hour – £ 8.5 per hour (depends of experience)
£15.600 per year - £ 16.500 year for the first 3 months’ probation after it will increase to £ 20k-£25k
(dependence on right candidate)
Your responsibilities:
managing online enquiry and bookings, guest support, check in check out
managing cleaner’s Rota
ordering taxi for customers
Collecting information’s about all repairs, issues from all properties
and updating/arranging repairs team with most important issues
Maximize the overall income and profitability on short let bookings
Searching for new customer through short let websites
