One of the most anticipated openings of 2022, restaurant Claude Bosi at Bibendum.
We are a busy restaurant, located at the iconic Michelin House in heart of South Kensington / Brompton Cross, SW3.
We are looking for an experienced restaurant [or hotel] receptionist to join our team.
We strive to provide an excellent guest experience from the first contact they have, so standards are and pressure is naturally high.
The role will be based within the opulent Michelin House, which hosts our two restaurants the Bibendum Oyster Bar and Claude Bosi at Bibendum. Needless to say so you will be impeccably presented and completely customer orientated.
You will have other administrative duties and tasks to fulfil daily, so must be well organised, work well within a team but be independently motivated.
Duties will include:-
- Welcoming and seating the guests
- Cloakroom attending
- Bill preparation and presentation
- Payment processing and cashing up duties
And you will also be responsible for:-
- taking reservations by telephone (via Opentable)
- providing accurate information for our clientele
- Making sure every guest is taken care of impeccably at the welcome and the departure desk
- Assisting with general admin support to the Manager
- Communicating efficiently with fellow team members
- Maintaining our customer care and exacting standards, even during the busiest of shifts
Competitive rate of pay.
Hours are Wednesday-Friday 430-1130pm
Saturday and Sunday alternating daytime shifts.
Meals on duty.
[Flexibility to cover holiday days is preferred].
The position is long term, contract based.
The restaurant is open Wednesday-Sunday, closed Monday and Tuesday.
